- To manage Corp. Biz performance on Sales, M/S, inventory, and related key KPIs by weekly
- To take care of APMS closing review and progress report.
- To support CFO/PMs for various report preparation.
- To drive initiatives with passion for target achievement and company success by adding value
1. Corp. Biz Performance (Major: Sales related)
- Weekly / Monthly Sales management (Most likely, Actual, MP, BP) by product, market, country,
currency, invoicing type.
- Gap analysis on sales fluctuation & HQ figure checking
- M/S data reporting periodically
- Inventory status reporting
- Maintain Sales related master files update and mapping check.
2. Report compilation
- Monthly CEO report(ARES report)
- Financial Report Townhall report
- Weekly CFO/AHQ Report
- Any Ad-hoc report from top management & HQ
3. Advertisement budget management
- A&P Expense progress report
- Others out closing check
- Bachelor’s Degree on Business Management / Accounting / Maths or equivalent.
At least 2 years working experience in big company (MNC experience preferred).
- Excellent on M/S Excel (i.e. Vlookup, Hlookup, pivot table) & PowerPoint.
- Good communication skills.
- Korean language skills (Mandatory)
- Sensitive on numbers, good attitude on works.
- Detail-based orientation and creative mindset.
- Ability to work independently and effectively in global and virtual teams
- Strong coordination, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- A fast learner and a team player, who is able to work under pressure
